DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we offer worldwide tracked and insured delivery. However, depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Because each piece is made to order, we allow 6 weeks turnaround time, however we hope to get your jewellery to you much sooner than this. You will be sent a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking when your jewellery is en route to you!
*PLEASE NOTE: Shipping time will take longer over the festive period due to suppliers closing, this pre-order will be dispatched towards the end of January
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We don't offer refunds as each piece is currently custom made. If your item simply needs to be re-sized please get in touch with us and we can carry this out for a small additional fee. The resizing process uses extreme heat, which instantly wears off gold plating and isn't suitable for Gold Vermeil items.
HOW LONG DOES GOLD VERMEIL LAST?
Using the highest quality materials and process, Gold Vermeil is far more durable than other gold plated options and can last for years. However, if worn continuously (especially rings) the gold plate can start to wear away after 6 months. Make sure to follow the care instructions on our product page to keep your gold pieces glistening. We can easily re-plate any worn items.
